Usage
Daily
Apply a few drops of the Body Serum on your body and gently massage it until the skin absorbs the serum. Your skin will be warm indicating the serum is interacting properly with your body. Recommended to be used during work out for quicker results. Following the Body Serum, wash your body with warm water then gently massage the shower formula for 2 minutes using your hand. Let your body soak in the formula for 5 minutes then rinse and continue the shower.
